Company Trust and Director Dealings
OpSec announces that it was notified today that the OpSec Security Group Employee Trust (the 'Trust') has today sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of 16 pence per Share to Mark Turnage, the Chief Executive Officer. Following this transaction the Trust holds 2,335,551 Shares representing 4.37% of the Company's issued share capital and Mark Turnage holds 1,909,483 Shares representing 3.58% of the Company's issued share capital
