IFG Group plc announces new Company Secretary

IFG Group plc is pleased to announce that Ms Lisa Rodriguez will be appointed Company Secretary of the Group as and from 7 April 2016. Lisa will also become Group General Counsel and join the Group Executive team.

Lisa Rodriguez joins IFG from Bank of Montreal where she has acted as Chief Compliance Officer for BMO Capital Markets (Europe) and as the Head of Legal and Associate General Counsel (Europe). She also served as Company Secretary for Bank of Montreal Ireland plc. Lisa is a solicitor both in the Republic of Ireland and of the Senior Courts of England & Wales and is a licensed attorney in New York and Florida. In addition to being an ICSA Chartered Company Secretary, Lisa holds a B.A. degree in Literature, a Juris Doctor degree and a Masters of Laws degree.

Conleth O'Reilly will step down as Company Secretary on 7 January 2016 to take up a position outside the Group. The Board would like to thank Conleth for his support and contribution to the business and wish him every success in the future.

On an interim basis until Lisa joins, David Edwards, Chief Risk Officer of IFG Group plc, will fulfil the role of Company Secretary in addition to his current responsibilities.
