Cadogan Petroleum Plc ("Cadogan" or the "Company") Change of Company Secretary The Company announces that, with immediate effect, Laurence Sudwarts hasresigned as Company Secretary and has been replaced by Marta Halabala.The Board thanks Mr Sudwarts for his hard work and professionalism sincehis appointment as Company Secretary and General Counsel in 2012 andwishes him well in his future endeavours. Ms Halabala is currently Chief Legal Officer of the Company in Ukraine.Having joined Cadogan in September 2009, Ms Halabala brings to the rolea deep knowledge of the Company and its staff, as well as a thoroughunderstanding of the legal, compliance and operational environment inUkraine.
