The Company announces today that with effect from 8 March 2011, Kleinwort Benson (Channel Islands) Fund Services Limited will resign as Administrator and Company Secretary of the Company and State Street (Guernsey) Limited will be appointed as Administrator and Company Secretary in its place.

With effect from 8 March 2011, the registered office of the Company will change to:
