The Directors wish to thank Mr Dalton for his services andcontribution, and wish him well in his future endeavours. The Board is pleased to announce the appointments of Ms Sarah Smith and Ms AmyJust as Joint Company Secretaries, effective immediately. Ms Smith specialises in company secretarial and financial management services.Ms Smith's experience includes acquisitions, capital raisings, listing ofcompanies on ASX, due diligence reviews and compliance. Ms Smith is a CharteredAccountant, and has acted as the Company Secretary of a number of ASX listedcompanies. Ms Smith started her career in the Perth office of RSM Bird Cameronwhere she spent several years in their accounting and business servicesdivision. Ms Just specialises in the provision of corporate advisory, company secretarialand financial management services. Ms Just has ten years of experience as aChartered Accountant and is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.Ms Just has acted as the Financial Controller and Company Secretary of numerousdomestic and international oil & gas and mineral exploration companies, and hassignificant ASX compliance, statutory reporting, and corporate governanceexperience.
