Company Secretary Change

The Company announces that Richard Purkis, Company Secretary of the Company, will be retiring from his position with effect from Wednesday 4 November 2020.

Anthony Gee, the Chief Finance Officer of the Company has been appointed as Company Secretary.

Harry Wilson, Non-Executive Chairman said:

"It is with sadness that we announce the retirement of Richard Purkis as Company Secretary. Richard has been a loyal and trusted colleague having worked tirelessly for the Group for over 30 years in numerous roles. He has served as a Director and Company Secretary throughout the Group and will be missed. We give Richard our best wishes on his retirement and we once again thank him for his significant contribution, hard work and dedication over his long period of service to the Company."
