Her appointment follows the retirement of Stephen Whitehouse on 29 June2007. Zoe Bamford, LLB joins Dechra from Eversheds LLP where she was a Solicitorwithin the Company Secretarial Unit acting for a variety of private and listedcompany clients. She previously worked at Brammer PLC as Assistant CompanySecretary and Solicitor. Zoe obtained a Law LLB (Hons) from Manchester Metropolitan University andqualified at the College of Law, Chester in 1998.
