APPOINTMENT OF GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY
The Board of Diploma PLC are pleased to announce the appointment today of Anthony Gallagher FCIS Solicitor as Group Company Secretary, with immediate effect. Anthony has held a number of senior company secretarial roles in FTSE companies, including most recently as Company Secretary of Axis-Shield PLC. With this appointment, Nigel Lingwood will relinquish his role as Company Secretary and remain the Group Finance Director of Diploma PLC.
