RE-DESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR The Board of Directors of Worldsec Limited announces that Mr. Henry Ying Chew CHEONG has been re-designated as Executive Director witheffect from 27th April 2006. Mr. Cheong, aged 58, has been the Deputy Chairman of the Company since thelisting of the Company's share on the London Stock Exchange in 1997. He was theGroup's Chief Executive Officer from 1997 to 2002 and became a non-executivedirector when he jointed the UOB group. Mr. Cheong left the UOB Group in July2005 and rejoined the Worldsec Group. CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY The Board of Directors of Worldsec Limited further announces that Ms. Michelle Kei Yim CHEUNG has been appointed as Company Secretary of theCompany with effect from 27th April 2006.
