Following Mark Young's appointment to another senior position within the Company, Meggitt PLC is pleased to announce that Marina Thomas has been appointed Group Company Secretary with effect from 1 November 2012. Marina joined the Company in November 2005 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
