Change of Company Secretary GKN plc (the `Company') is pleased to announce that Jos Sclater has beenappointed Company Secretary with effect from 21 June 2014. Jos was appointedGeneral Counsel in September 2011 and will assume the joint role of CompanySecretary & General Counsel. Jos replaces Judith Felton, who retires following five years as CompanySecretary and 14 years as Deputy Company Secretary. The Company would like tothank Judith for the outstanding contribution she has made to the Group duringher 34 years' service.
