(the "Company") announces that Mr. Yang Hongming ('Mr. Yang')has ceased to be company secretary of the Company ('Company Secretary') dueto job adjustment. Mr. Zhou has extensive experiencein international cooperation, power resources management and power generationenterprise operation and management. Mr. Mok Chung Kwan, Stephen, a solicitor as defined in the Legal PractitionersOrdinance, is currently a partner of Huen Wong & Co. in association with Fried,Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. He graduated from the University of NewSouth Wales in Australia with Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting)/Bachelor of Lawsdegrees. Mr. Mok possesses qualifications as a practicing solicitor in England,Wales, New South Wales of Australia, and Hong Kong. Mr. Mok has extensiveexperience in general business practices and corporate financial transactions,such as assisting corporations on listing their shares on the Hong Kong StockExchange, merger and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, organising jointventures, and compliance with the securities-related laws of Hong Kong.
