State Street Fund Services (Ireland) Limited has resigned as secretary of the Company with effect from 23 July 2019. The Company has appointed Bradwell Limited, a nominee company of Arthur Cox (Irish legal advisers to the Company), as secretary of the Company with effect from 23 July 2019.
