Change of Company Secretary

C H Bailey Plc ("the Company" or "the Group"), the diverse group of businesses, with investments and operations around the world in Leisure, Property principally in Tanzania, South Africa and Malta and a UK engineering business, is pleased to announce the appointment of Harry Sihra FCCA as Group Company Secretary with effect from 13 November 2017.

Harry replaces Bryan Warren, who retires from the Group Company Secretary role, but will continue as Managing Director of Bailey Industrial Engineering Limited, the Group's engineering subsidiary.

The Board are very grateful to Bryan for his invaluable contribution to the Group as Company Secretary over the years.
