INVESTEC LIMITED: COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with Rule 3.59 (a) and (b) of the JSE Listing Requirements, we advise that Benita Coetsee will be stepping down as Company Secretary of Investec Limited and Investec Bank Limited, with effect from 30 June 2014.
Niki van Wyk will assume the role of Company Secretary of Investec Limited and Investec Bank Limited with effect from 01 July 2014.
