Appointment of Company Secretary
Dublin, London, Thursday 25th March, 2010: C&C Group plc ("C&C" or the "Group") is pleased to announce the appointment of Sinead Gillen as Company Secretary with effect from 1 April, 2010. Ms Gillen joined the Group in November 2009 and is a qualified solicitor.
She succeeds Noreen O'Kelly, who has decided to pursue a new career, having completed eight years as Company Secretary. Ms. O'Kelly played a key role in the Group's transition from a private company to a PLC.
