Change of Company Secretary

GKN plc (the ‘Company’) is pleased to announce that Kerry Watson is appointed Company Secretary with effect from 6 May 2016. Kerry joined GKN in 2004 and has held the role of Deputy Company Secretary and Head of the Company Secretarial department since 2012. 

Kerry replaces Jos Sclater who continues in the role of General Counsel in addition to assuming new Group responsibilities for strategic development.
