IntegraFin Holdings plc announces that David Johnson is stepping down from the office of Company Secretary with effect from 5 April 2019. David continues in his role as IntegraFin Group Counsel.
David is replaced as Company Secretary by Helen Wakeford who is a qualified solicitor and is the IntegraFin Group Head of Legal.
