Sub: Intimation - Appointment of Company Secretary

With reference to the captioned subject, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Bank, based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration & Ethics Committee of the Board, at their meeting held on Saturday, November 16, 2019 has appointed Mr Samir Pravinbhai Rajdev as Whole-time Company Secretary of the Bank and designated him as Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank w.e.f. December 01,2019 pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6 (1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in place of Mr Girish Kumar Ganapathy, existing Company Secretary of the Bank who will be retiring from the service of the Bank on 30th November 2019.

Mr Samir Pravinbhai Rajdev will be acting as Company Secretary of the Bank and designated as Compliance Officer under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 w.e.f. December 01,2019. Mr Samir Rajdev (Membership No.17849) is an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has work experience of more than 15 years in various organisations.
