Changes to the Board of Numis
The Board of Numis announces that William (Bill) Trent, Chief Financial Officer and Group Company Secretary has tendered his resignation to accept a senior position with a consultancy firm, focusing on restructuring activities in London. Bill will leave Numis in December 2008.
Michael Spencer, Chairman, said:
"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Bill for his valuable contribution to Numis over the last three and half years and we wish him well in his new role. Numis will announce the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer and Group Company Secretary in due course".
