Appointment of General Counsel and Company Secretary
London - Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC ('ENRC') announces the appointment of Mr Randal Barker as General Counsel and Company Secretary with immediate effect.
Mr Barker (43) was previously Group Legal Director and Group Company Secretary at Resolution plc. Prior to this, he held positions at General Electric Company and Lovells LLP. Mr Barker is UK and US-qualified and a graduate of Harvard University and McGill University Faculty of Law.
