("Asian Citrus" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group")

Change of Authorised Representative and Company Secretary

The board ("Board") of directors of Asian Citrus Holdings Limited announces that with effect from 3 August 2015 (the "Effective Date"), Mr. Ng Cheuk Lun resigned as an authorised representative of the Company under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and as secretary of the Company. Mr. Ng Cheuk Lun will remain as the chief financial officer and executive director of the Company following his above resignations.

In connection with the above, the Board announces that with effect from the Effective Date,

(i) Mr. Ng Ong Nee, the chief executive officer and executive director of the Company, was appointed as the authorised representative of the Company under the Listing Rules in place of Mr. Ng Cheuk Lun; and

(ii) Ms. Ng Ling Ling was appointed as the secretary of the Company in place of Mr. Ng Cheuk Lun.

Ms. Ng Ling Ling ("Ms. Ng"), aged 43, joined the Company in December 2013. She is currently the financial controller of the fruit processing business of the Company, and is responsible for overseeing accounting and finance functions of the Group. Ms. Ng holds a Master's degree in Professional Accounting from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Ms. Ng has many years of experience in accounting, financial reporting and company secretarial matters in companies listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
