Domino's Pizza UK & IRL PLC26 February 2008 Appointment of new Company Secretary The Company is pleased to announce that Adam Batty has joined Domino's Pizza UK& IRL plc as Company Secretary with effect from 25 February 2008. Batty brings with him a wealth of experience, having held a number of legalpositions in both private practice and in-house, most recently as Director ofLegal and also Director of Risk and Compliance at Mitchells and Butlers Plc(MAB). Previously, he worked for Six Continents plc where he held the role of SeniorCorporate Lawyer.
