Serco Group plcChange of Company SecretaryThe Board of Serco Group plc (the "Group") has resolved that with effect fromtoday, 2 February 2005, Joanne Roberts be appointed Company Secretary of theGroup. Joanne is a Chartered Accountant who trained with PricewaterhouseCoopersand joined the Group in April 2004.
