Company is served notice of claim relating to Tender Offer

On November 26, 2019, Cablevisión Holding S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that on that date, the Company had been served notice of a claim filed by a shareholder of the Company, Daniel Burgueño, in re "Burgueño, Daniel Fernando v. Executive Branch - Argentine Securities Commission and Other re: legal proceeding (proceso de conocimiento)" (File No. 33763/2019), pending before the National First Instance Court on Federal Administrative Litigation Matters No. 1, Secretariat No. 1.

Mr. Burgueño's claim seeks to obtain a declaration that the Company is not under the obligation to carry out a Tender Offer (OPA) to acquire the shares of Telecom Argentina S.A. as a result of the change of control in that company, on the basis of paragraph k) of Article 32 of Resolution 779/2018 issued by the Argentine Securities Commission, which regulates Law No. 26,831.

The Company will proceed, with the assistance of counsel, to respond to the claim in due course.
