Committee Change

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Avast announces that the Board has approved the appointment of Warren Finegold, Senior Independent Director, as a member of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.

Following the change noted above, the members of the Remuneration Committee will be Tamara Minick-Scokalo (Chair), Belinda Richards, John Schwarz and Warren Finegold.

The person responsible for arranging the release of this announcement on behalf of Avast is Trudy Cooke, General Counsel and Company Secretary.
