Brady plc ("Brady" or the "Company")
Commercial Agreement
Brady, the leading provider of trading, risk management and settlement solutions to the energy, metals and soft commodities sectors, is pleased to announce that it has extended its product offering through a commercial agreement with Digital Minds Limited ("Digital Minds"), a Dublin based software company.
Digital Minds has developed software which is complementary to Brady's offering and which allows Brady to offer extended functionality to its clients. The Company has sold its first licence to a customer in the metals sector and expects further opportunities to result from this agreement. Digital Minds was founded by Pat Brazel, a Non-Executive Director of Brady. Pat Brazel is a substantial shareholder and a Director of Digital Minds. The commercial arrangements with Digital Minds represent a related party transaction under the AIM Rules. With the exception of Pat Brazel, the Board considers, having consulted with its nominated adviser, that the terms of the arrangements are fair and reasonable insofar as its shareholders are concerned.
