Comment re Price Movement

Berkeley Mineral Resources plc wishes to make the following comment regarding the movement in the share price.

Contrary to speculation the Company confirms that it has not received any approaches regarding a possible offer for the company. Accordingly the company is not aware of any reasons for the recent movement in the price of its shares.

The Directors continue to work towards the completion of the proposed acquisition pursuant to the announcement made on the 5th November.
