Commencement of Share Buy-Back Programme
MayAir Group plc (AIM:MAYA), a leading specialist provider of air purification technology, is pleased to announce its intention to commence a share buy-back programme following the approval granted by its shareholders at the annual general meeting of the Group held earlier this year.
The buy-back will be for up to a maximum of 4,247,500 ordinary shares of no par value in the Group ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 10 per cent. of the Group's issued share capital, for an aggregate maximum consideration of £5,755,750. MayAir has engaged its broker, Cantor Fitzgerald Europe, to undertake the buy-back on its behalf.
The shares purchased by the Group will be held in treasury.
