Commencement of Share Buy-Back Programme

23 May 2022

Following the announcement of its interim results on 17 May 2022, Britvic plc ("Britvic") is pleased to announce that it has entered into non-discretionary instructions with Citigroup Global Markets Limited ("Citi") to conduct a share buyback programme (the "Programme") on its behalf and to make trading decisions independently of Britvic. The Programme will be for a maximum aggregate market value equivalent to £75 million which will be bought back in the form of Britvic ordinary shares. The Programme will commence today, 23 May 2022 and will end on or before 28 February 2023. The sole purpose of the Programme is to reduce share capital.

The Programme will take place within the limitations of the authority granted to the Board of Britvic by its annual general meeting, held on 27 January 2022, pursuant to which the maximum number of shares to be bought back by Britvic is 26,736,653.
