Collaboration Agreement and Results of General Meeting
Synchronica plc, the AIM listed mobile email and data synchronisation provider, announces:
Further to the announcement of 12 June, it has concluded a collaboration agreement with third parties to design, build, market and sell low cost mobile devices to be bundled with the Company's Mobile Gateway product, providing end-to-end entry-level push email products.
And, at the General Meeting of the Company, held today, all resolutions were duly passed.
