1 June 2005BISICHI MINING PLCBisichi JV and Ingwe Collieries finalise Coal Supply Agreement for Pegasus CoalReserveBisichi Mining PLC, the LSE listed mining investment company, announces that on31 May 2005, Ezimbokodweni Mining (Pty) Limited ("Ezimbokodweni"), its SouthAfrican joint venture company with Endulwini Resources (Pty) Limited, finalisedthe terms of a coal supply agreement with Ingwe Collieries Limited, awholly-owned subsidiary of BHP Billiton.The finalisation of the Coal Supply Agreement fulfills the key commercialcondition for the purchase of the Pegasus Coal Reserve ("Pegasus"), anapproximately 12 million tonne reserve located in the Witbank coalfield ofMpumalanga, South Africa. Ezimbokodweni expects to commence mining at Pegasusin mid-2007.
