Supply Agreement
Omega, the AIM listed medical diagnostics company, announces that its subsidiary, Co-Tek (South West) Ltd ("Co-Tek") has signed a three year supply agreement with one of its customers. This agreement extends the relationship, which existed before Omega's acquisition of Co-Tek, to September 2012 and is guaranteed to provide revenue to Co-Tek of not less than £480,000 over the three-year period.
