Chime Communications PLC25 October 2006 CHIME COMMUNICATIONS PLC Announcement of Establishment of Co-Investment Plan Chime Communications PLC ("the Company"), the leading marketing services group,announces the establishment of the Chime Communications PLC Co-Investment Plan("the Plan") as approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting on08 September 2006. The Plan has been designed by the Remuneration Committee tosupport the delivery of the Company's three year business plan. Each of the Executive Directors are to participate in the Plan. Four othersenior executives will also take part. Participation in the Plan is contingenton each Director committing to maintain a minimum investment in the Company'sshares ("Deposited Shares") until the end of the performance period over shareswith an initial value of 50% of salary capped at £175,000 per participant.
