Notification of Intention to Raise Capital

Koovs plc ("Koovs", the "Company" and, together with its subsidiary undertaking, the "Group") (AIM: KOOV), the fashion-forward business focused on the young Indian e-commerce market, will this afternoon host a Capital Markets Day. The event will be hosted by the Group's CEO, Mary Turner and CFO, Robert Pursell, alongside senior members of the Group's management team.

The Company announced on 16 May 2017 that it will look to raise additional capital during the course of the year, and the Company today announces its intention to raise £15 million of capital to support the continued delivery of its strategic objectives.

Other than the above no new material information will be disclosed during the presentations.
