CLS secures over 8,000 sq. ft of new leases at The Coade, Vauxhall

 

 

CLS is pleased to announce lettings totalling 8,040 sq. ft (747 sqm) at The Coade, 98 Vauxhall Walk, London.

 

The Coade, CLS' newly developed 27,723 sq. ft (2,575 sqm) office building in the heart of Vauxhall, continues to attract a diverse mix of occupiers with three new leases agreed.

 

In May, National Skills Academy for Rail (NSAR), a rail consulting company, signed a 5-year lease for 1,862 sq. ft (173 sqm) on the first floor. Since July, Wellers, a long-established accountancy and professional advice firm, signed a 10-year lease for 3,090 sq. ft (288 sqm) on the third floor and we have also agreed heads of terms with a business-to-business media company for a 5-year lease for 3,088 sq. ft (287 sqm) on the second floor.

 

The leases were at an average of £48 per square foot, which is in line with the latest estimated rental values and underscores the strong demand for high-quality, flexible workspace in Vauxhall.

 

With these new occupiers joining the existing tenants, cyber security firm Cybanetix and local business group Vauxhall One, 50% of the floors at the Coade are now let and home to a vibrant and varied occupier community, demonstrating its appeal across diverse sectors.
