SYNETY Announces Integration of Its CloudCall® Hosted Telephony Software with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online
Synety is pleased to announce that it has completed integration of its CloudCall® click-to-call, call recording and in-depth reporting solution with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, a market-leading customer relationship management solution.
The integration enables Microsoft Dynamics CRM users to drive telephony functions directly from within Microsoft CRM. Synety's CloudCall is already being offered to end-user organisations by Microsoft Dynamics CRM partners.
