Sub: Intimation for closure of Trading Window
In view of finalization of Quarterly/Yearly accounts for the Quarter/year ending 31.03.2020, it is hereby notified that Trading Window for dealing in securities of GAIL shall remain closed for designated persons from Wednesday, 1st April, 2020 till 48 hours after the date of Board Meeting wherein the results would be considered.
The date of Board Meeting would be intimated in due course.
