Hyundai Motor Company will close its shareholder registry from July 1, 2016 untilJuly 7, 2016 for the process of identifying the owners of shares. According to the Articles of Incorporation of Hyundai Motor Company, dividends may be paid to the shareholders who hold the shares at the end of March, June or September from the commencement of the fiscal year by a resolution of the Board of Directors.
