ANNOUNCEMENT OF BOARD MEETING DATE AND CLOSED PERIOD OF DIAMOND BANK PLC

This is to inform the London Stock Exchange that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Diamond Bank Plc has been scheduled to hold on Thursday, 19th July 2018, in Lagos to consider and approve the Bank's unaudited Financial Statements for the Second quarter ended 30 June 2018 along with other agenda items.

The Bank has declared the closed period from 4th July 2018 until the unaudited Financial Statements for the half year ended June 30, 2018 is released on the floor of the Nigerian and London Stock Exchange.

Accordingly, no director, employee, persons discharging managerial responsibilities, and advisors to the Bank and their connected persons may directly or indirectly, deal in the share of the Bank in any manner during the closed period.
