Close of Accelerated Bookbuild

The Company is pleased to announce that further to the announcement made earlier today, the Bookbuild has been successful and has now closed. Participants in the Placing will be contacted by N+1 Singer to confirm their allocations. A further announcement will be made in due course confirming details of the Placing.

The issue of the Placing Shares is conditional, amongst other things, on the passing of the Resolutions at the General Meeting and the admission of the Placing Shares to trading on AIM.

Save as otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the announcement released by the Company entitled 'Proposed Placing by Accelerated Bookbuild'.
