4.1 The company's subsidiary in Brazil's name FOXCONN CMMSG INDUSTRIA DE ELETRONICOS LTDA has plan to sign the MOU of investment cooperation with San Paulo State government on September 20, 2012, to enhance its Brazil existing manufacturing operation and development.

4.2 All the related investment projects in Brazil based on the MOU will be executed by company's evaluation process internally and to comply the rules and regulations of government.
