4.Countermeasures:

4.1.In relation to media reports regarding fines assessed on Citicorp due to violations of securities laws by an analyst of that firm, we can confirm that at no time did our company provide any information regarding any of our customers or their products to anyone from Citicorp or any other external party.

4.2We have strict policies and guidelines in place to protect the confidentiality of all customer information. We are not, and never have been, a party to this matter.
