Clarification regarding Prospectus:

It is stated on the front cover of our Prospectus dated 24 December 2015 that:

"Peterhouse Corporate Finance which is authorized and regulated in the United Kingdom by the FCA, is acting as broker to the Company in connection with the Placing and Admission and is advising no one else in relation to the Placing and Admission and will not be responsible to any person other than the Company for providing the protections afforded to its clients or for advising any other person in relation to the Placing or Admission or otherwise. Peterhouse is obliged to state on its website that it uses this prospectus in accordance with the consent and the conditions attached hereto and will provide information to investors on the terms and conditions of the offer atthe time the offer is made."

This should read:

"Peterhouse Corporate Finance which is authorised and regulated in the United Kingdom by the FCA, is acting as broker of record to the Company but not in relation to the Placing and Admission."

On P5 the following reference:

"The Company has granted consent to Peterhouse Corporate Finance for any resale of securities or final placement of securities after publication of this Document. During the period until six weeks from the date of this Document unless extended by the Board."
