Clarification re Director Shareholding
Total Voting Rights
Deal Group Media plc (AIM: DGM), an independent online marketing group, announces that due to an administrative error, the total shareholding of Adrian Moss, the Group's Chief Executive, wasincorrectly reported on 14 December 2006. The correct figure is 51,510,053 shares.
For the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Group's issued capital consists of453,768,684 ordinary shares of 1p each, all with voting rights. No shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total number of current voting rights in the Group is therefore 453,768,684.
The above figure (453,768,684 ordinary shares of 1p each) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Group under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
