Clarification of dividend timetable

Within its announcement of preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2015 released earlier today, the Board of Waterman announced its intention, subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, to pay a final dividend of 1.2p per ordinary share. For the avoidance of doubt, if approved, the final dividend will be payable on 8 January 2016 to shareholders on the register on 11 December 2015.
