Clarification Announcement

Further to the announcements made by Asian Citrus Holdings Limited (the "Company") on The Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 13 July 2015, a trading halt in the Company's shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is in effect pending the release of an announcement in relation to the disposal of shares off market by a substantial shareholder. Trading on AIM remains unaffected.
