(the“Company”) dated 6 November 2013. The Company would like to clarify that due to unintentional clerical error, theorder numbers of the two special resolutions stated in the English version of theNotice should be revised as 3 and 4 respectively (instead of 4 and 5 respectively),which are to be consistent with the Chinese version of the Notice. Apart from the above-said amendment, the content of the Notice remains unchanged.
