Tiger Resource Finance PLC25 October 2005 Tiger Resource Finance plc ('Tiger' or 'the Company') Clarification of holding Tiger released four announcements between 30 September 2005 and 21 October 2005relating to notifications of significant holdings received by Tiger from UBSBusiness Group and Strongbow Capital Limited. On further enquiry by the Company, it has emerged that these notificationsactually relate to the same holding of shares, notwithstanding the fact thatindependent notifications were received from each party. For purposes of clarification, Tiger confirms that Strongbow Capital Ltd is thebeneficial holder of 9,900,000 ordinary shares which represents a 4.77% interestin the Company.
