Claim against ERC of Bashkortostan

A claim was brought against Energy Retail Company of Bashkortostan

JSC RusHydro acknowledges that Retail Energy Company of Bashkortostan LLC, a subsidiary of RusHydro, received the claim from Bashkir Electricity Distribution Networks LLC in the amount of RUB 556,184,236.21 and accrued interest of RUB 2,294,259.97 for the outstanding liability under the existing electricity transmission services agreement between the two companies.
